一、滑触线断电

主要原因：电刷在导管中爬坡；电刷磨损严重，无法触及导体；导体接头不平整；单集电器使用；导轨接头松脱。
The main reason: brush in the conduit climbing; brush wear serious, can not touch the conductor; the conductor joint roughness; single collector; rail joint loosening.
处理方法：检测集电器是否磨损严重，更换集电器；更换电刷；重新调整连接节点；采用双刷集电器；重新调整拧紧连接螺钉。
Treatment methods: detection of collector is badly worn, replace the collector; Replacement Brush; re adjust the connection; with double brush collector; re adjust, tighten the screw connection.
二、导轨变形，集电器运动受阻
Two, rail deformation, collector movement blocked
主要原因：环境温度过高；提挂架间距大或松脱。

处理方法：局部采用隔热板，室外加遮阳板；增加滑触线提挂架数量，矫正导管，并拧紧螺钉。

三、工作时滑触线晃动大

主要原因：接头不平整；载流量过大；弹簧压力大。

处理方法：按要求重新连接导轨；增加集电器数量；更换、修正弹簧压力。

五、电刷侧面擦伤

主要原因：电刷磨损，滑触线集电器定为不正；牵引器的拨叉侧力传递过大。
The main reason: brush wear, sliding touch line collector for it; the shifting fork side force of the tractor transmission is too large.
处理方法：更换、修正弹簧压力；更换牵引拨叉或修正牵引器拨叉。
Processing method: replacement, correction spring pressure; replace the traction fork or modified tractor fork.
六、导轨内有火花
Six, rail spark
主要原因：电刷表面与导轨接触不良。
The main reason: brush the surface in contact with the rail side.
处理方法：检测导轨接头，适当磨合电刷保证60%接触面积。
Treatment methods: detecting the rail joint, appropriate running in brush to ensure 60% contact area.
七、滑触线集电器行走有较大异响

主要原因：电流过大；接头不平整。

处理方法：增加集电器数量；重新安装导轨连接。
